1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and CryptoBazar, based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRG) (“CryptoBazar”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of:

CryptoBazar operates as a custodial digital asset service provider in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as well as internationally recognised standards, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights beyond those required by mandatory applicable law.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Where custody providers are used, they act on CryptoBazar’s behalf.

You must secure your devices and credentials. CryptoBazar is not liable for failures outside its reasonable control.

The Platform may experience interruptions. Availability is not guaranteed.

You agree to indemnify CryptoBazar for violations.
28. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond reasonable control.

Assignment by CryptoBazar permitted as allowed by law.
30. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect others.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Notice.
